Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently focus exclusively on serving our market within the United States.
Where are the products shipped from?
To ensure we can provide the best possible pricing, your orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1–3 business days (excluding national holidays). Please note that our daily order cutoff time is 8:00 PM (EST, Eastern Standard Time). Additional handling time may be required during peak promotional periods or holidays.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time within the United States is 7–10 business days. While most shipments arrive well within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier operational issues, high demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
What if I do not receive my order?
If your package has not arrived within 30 days from the official shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund. Depending on the scenario, a discount code may be offered as compensation for delivery delays. If a courier confirms a package is lost, a full refund will be automatically issued. Orders & Payments
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To maintain fast processing times, all modification or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed as the order may already be processed or handed over to our shipping carriers. If your order has already shipped, you can initiate a standard return after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or completely incorrect, please contact our support team immediately with the following details:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or discrepancy
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, the item must be returned before your refund can be completed, or we can ship out a free replacement item based on your preference.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are automatically issued back to the original method of payment used during checkout. Financial credits are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive your physical return or approve a cancellation. If you experience delays after this period, we advise contacting your bank or card issuer, as external processing times may vary.
